MEET AND UNDERSTAND

The initial meeting with the client will be on site. This is your starting place where we get to know the client and the client’s needs and desires. The meeting is a fantastic opportunity to understand the scope of your project and how an interior designer will guide you through the project. It also provides the chance to have questions asked and answered.

Initial Meeting:  $125

CHOOSING THE CONTRACTOR

We will help you review contractor budgets and contracts. We will review the scope of the project to make sure everything is accounted for and nothing is overlooked. We have a great list of qualified and insured contractors/architects when needed. 

Choosing the professionals: $175

FULL DESIGN SCOPE

This is exactly what the the title says, FULL.  Included in the initial meeting will be a discussion of design needs, blueprints, and budgets. We will partner with contractors and review the scope of the project. After the initial meeting we will present design concepts and material choices. Once the concept is agreed upon we will present a cost and purchasing schedule.  We are with you through the whole project process; from the concept to the installation.

Meeting and Design Concept Presentation:  $350

Continuing with Full Design and Installation:  20% of Overall Project Budget

THE HOURLY PROJECT

This is the best choice for the smaller project, perfect for the room that needs a quick fresh update.  The project can be as simple as rearranging a room by using only what you have or keeping the perfect piece and bringing in new items for the update. The hourly project is great when you need one design element, new bedding, new window treatments, and the perfect paint colors for interior and exterior.

Hourly: $95

THE GALLERY WALL

Now is the time to pull all your special photos, art, and momentos together for the perfect focal point. The gallery wall is a great way to display the family photos with purpose. This will take your collections up a level. TMQ Interiors will pull it all together.

Concept and Installation of the Wall:  Small Wall: $175

      Medium Wall: $250

      Large Wall: $375

THE PERFECT COLORS

Picking colors works for a single room, whole house, restaurant, or offices. Colors set the stage, bring the space together, and create the mood.

Color Concepts:  One to Three Rooms:  $225

                            Whole House: $375
